Recipients are nominated directly by their staff; Faith was nominated by History of Art's Program Assistant and Graduate Student Advisor Hannah Fischer, and her counterpart in the Departments of Rhetoric and Film & Media, Graduate Student Advisor Claire Armetta (yes, Faith manages not just one, but threedepartments!).
