Lauren Kroiz Wins CAA Publication Prize
Assistant Professor Lauren Kroiz received a Wyeth Foundation for American Art Publication Grant from the College Art Association for her book Cultivating Citizens: The Regional Work of Art in the New Deal Era. Thanks to a generous grant from the Wyeth Foundation, these awards are given annually to publishers to support the publication of one or more book-length scholarly manuscripts in the history of American art, visual studies, and related subjects. Patricia Berger Wins CAA Award for Distinguished Teaching of Art History
The Department of History of Art at UC Berkeley is enormously pleased to announce that Patricia Berger (Professor of Chinese Art) has been awarded the 2016 College Art Association Distinguished Teaching of Art History Award. This award honors Professor Berger's many significant contributions to undergraduate and graduate mentoring.
